Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Success Publishing, the operator of Interactr. By buying, accessing, or using Interactr you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

Your one-time purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Interactr for as long as we offer the service. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not a guarantee of any fixed number of years. You may use Interactr for your own business and, where your plan allows, for client work.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software itself, share your login with others, or attempt to copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of it.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree not to use Interactr to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone else's rights
• Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or obscene
• Send spam or run deceptive marketing campaigns
• Distribute malware, or interfere with our systems or other users
• Place unreasonable load on our infrastructure or bandwidth

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without a refund.

You keep ownership of the videos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and deliver that content solely so we can provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in full at the time of purchase. Optional upgrades or add-ons are sold separately.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. Email support@successpublishing.co within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. Refunds may be declined where we detect abuse of the guarantee.

Interactr, its software, branding, templates, training materials, and documentation remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.

We aim to keep Interactr available and improving, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime. If we ever retire the product entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your work.

Any results, case studies, or statistics shown on our website are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your own market, offer, traffic, and effort. We do not guarantee any particular sales, conversions, or income.

Interactr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Interactr at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. On termination, your licence ends and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Interactr after an update means you accept the new terms.
