Interactr is interactive video software operated by Success Publishing. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or use our software, and what we do with it. You can reach us any time at support@successpublishing.co.

Account information. Your name, email address, and the login details you create when you buy or register.

Billing information. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of your purchase and limited billing details. We never see or store your full card number.

Usage and technical data. Pages viewed, features used, browser type, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and referring pages.

Content you create. Videos, projects, hotspots, and other material you upload or build inside the software.

We use the information above to:

• Give you access to the software and keep your account working
• Process payments and handle refunds under our guarantee
• Provide customer support and answer your questions
• Send service updates, and marketing emails you can unsubscribe from
• Improve our product, measure performance, and prevent abuse or fraud
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure site traffic, and measure the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working properly.

Interactr is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Interactr after an update means you accept the revised policy.
